The Performing Arts Club of the College conducted a 5-Day Goan Folk Dance Workshop for students on 8th, 9th, 10th, 13th and 14th August 2018 at GD Hall. The Resource Person for the Workshop was Mr. Nandan Kunkolikar. The aim of the workshop was to inculcate interest in the area of Goan Culture and to make students ready to compete for the various competitions. They were trained on two Goan Dance forms Goof Dance and Musaal. They were not only trained on the dance forms but also how to play the Goan local instruments like tashe and shameel. 45 Students attended the workshop. The teacher in charge was Ms. Prachi Kolamker.
