
The theme for the competition was “Music Concert,” where participants, in teams of two, were required to develop either a static or dynamic website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Each team was allotted 1 hour and 30 minutes to code their website, followed by a 2-minute presentation explaining their work. Ms. Ankita Naik, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, served as the judge, evaluating the websites based on the following criteria:
- Creativity and originality
- Functionality and responsiveness
- Aesthetics and design quality
- Code complexity and efficiency
- Adherence to the given theme
The event provided a valuable platform for students to showcase their web development skills, problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking while working under time constraints. Additionally, the competition enhanced their presentation and communication skills, as participants had to articulate their design choices effectively. The flyer and brochure for the event were designed by Miss Aarti Solanki from SY BVoc (ST). The event received positive feedback from participants, who displayed great enthusiasm and creativity.

Expected Outcomes of the Activity
The competition significantly contributed to students’ technical proficiency by enhancing their skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in website development. Participants demonstrated creative thinking by designing unique and innovative websites while ensuring alignment with the given theme. The event also served as an excellent opportunity for students to refine their problem-solving abilities and time management skills, as they had to develop functional websites within a limited timeframe. Additionally, the requirement to present and explain their work to the judge helped students improve their presentation and communication skills, preparing them for real-world professional scenarios.
