Visit to Taj Sats

As a part of the Capacity Building Workshop Cum Certification Course on Comprehensive English Communication & Presentation Skill Development for the students of the College, evaluation of dining etiquette was done atTaj Sats, Vasco on 23rd March 2023.  The objective of the visit was to evaluate the students on dining etiquette.

Students were evaluated from the first to the last course. The meal comprised veg sweet corn soup, followed by the main course which was bread, veg fried rice, Veg Manchurian, Veg hakka noodles and Black Forest cake for dessert.

After the evaluation of dining etiquette, the students were shown the process of food catering to different airlines, how the food is packed, stored, and packed. This was followed by an interactive session wherein students posed many questions to the officials and clarified many of their doubts. 23 students accompanied by Asst. Prof. Ms. Pretty Pereira, Convenor of OBC/Minority Cell and the Resource Person Ms. Ashita Ranjit visited Taj Sats.
