The TechTrendz Club of the Department of Computer Science orgainsed the Multimedia Mashup Madness Competition on 26th August 2023. This was a creative competition, challenging participants to showcase their multimedia skills by blending different forms of media to create a compelling and unique context. Participants were encouraged to combine various elements such as images, audios, videos, graphics, and text to produce a multimedia masterpiece.
The competition was held online and the last date of submission was 2nd September 2023. The entries were judged by Mr. Sandesh Gaundalkar, a Communication Designer specializing in Graphics and Animation. The result of the competition was declared on 7th September 2023. Abhishek Kesavan and Jayden Jesus Fernandes won the first place. 02 teams comprising of 02 students each from B.C.A. and B.Voc (S.T.) programmes participated in the competition.
The faculty coordinators were Mrs. Shruti Kunkolienkar and Mrs. Samira Vengurlekar. Mr Shahrul Herikeri from FY BCA-B, was the Student Coordinator of the event who ensured smooth communication and coordination between the participants and the organizing team.
This competition provided a platform for students to showcase their creativity and multimedia skills while competing against each other in a digital context. It was an excellent opportunity for students to gain experience in multimedia production and presentation.
