On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, the Students’ Council organized an Online Photography Contest titled ‘Guruve Namaha’. The contest was kept open from 28th August to 4th September 2020. Participants were invited to send a picture with their teacher(s) to showcase their priceless captured memories with a caption. The competition was open to students as well as the general public. An e-brochure was circulated across several online platforms. The contest was open through an online link from 28th August to 4th September 2020.
A total of 13 contestants participated for the same. The first place was bagged by Dr. I. Bhanu Murthy former Principal of the College. The second place was bagged by Ms. Preksha Chopdekar, while the third place went to Ms. Dnyanada Prabhudessai. E-certificates of appreciation were issued to the winners of the contest.
The contest was coordinated by Asst. Prof. Ms. Lizette D’Costa and Asst. Prof. Ms. Trisha Vadil.
