Students from Hasselholm, Sweden, visited the College on 5th February 2019. Vice-Principal Dr. Rodney D’Silva gave the contingent a brief introduction about the College and its various programmes and activities. Similarly, Hasselholm faculty Mrs. Safia spoke about their institution and students. The contingents of Sweden accompanied by a group of students from Shree Damodar College visited Vidya Vikas Academy. VVA Teacher Ms. Meenali Patil showed them around the campus and explained the facilities available. The students then returned to the College, and the students took them around the campus – to the Library, the Computer Labs, Multipurpose Hall, Gym, Classrooms, etc. and explained the various facilities available on the campus. This was followed by an interactive session between Hasselholm and a few students from the B.Com, BCA and BBA(FS) programmes. Overall it was very good exposure for our students, and provided a good opportunity for an exchange of ideas between youth of two different backgrounds and cultures.
