A Webinar was held on ‘Importance of Voice Modulation in our career: How and Why?on 10th February 2021 from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm. 53 participants from different schools registered and participated in the webinar. The webinar started with an introduction by the Coordinator of the VVM Group for Educational Excellence, Mr. Naguesh Kamat. Mrs. Farheen Khan introduce the Resource Person, Mr. Saidutt Kamat – Mimicry Artist, Comedian, Voice Actor, cricket commentator, Public speaker and Entrepreneur.
He began the session by focusing on the importance of Voice and the different ways of using it. He gave insights of using body, mind and soul whilst talking and explained how one’s voice can be one’s identity. He gave a detailed explanation on how phonetic sounds, diction and articulation play an important role in speaking and voice modulation.
He provided students with tips for effective public speaking followed by a short mimicry performance as a part of entertainment and building interest in the same. The webinar concluded with a Q&A session.
Overall, the webinar was very informative, interactive and interesting.
