The BBA(FS) Department organized a session for the students of First Year BBA(FS) to create Awareness about Sexual Harassment of Women 4th March 2017. Mrs. Siddhi Parodkar, Assistant Professor in Business Law, was the resource person for the session.
The resource person started the session by explaining the definition and meaning of sexual harassment. She gave many examples of what constitutes sexual harassment and enlightened the students about the actions that can be taken by law if anyone is engaged in such activity. It was a very informative session and gave an important message to the young generation that sexual harassment means not only physical harassment but also includes verbal harassment.
