The Career Cell of the College organized a session on “Pursuing a Career in Event Management” on August 23, 2019.The guest faculty for the Programme was Ms. Prathita Desai, Director of Eventura India Hub Pvt. Ltd. She is a BCA graduate and alumnus of the College. Asst. Professor Muktali Cuncoliencar welcomed and introduced the guest. The main objective of the talk was to make students aware of the various career opportunities in the area of event management. The guest commenced the interactive session by asking the students their career goals and guided them about how they could build up their career. Ms. Prathita briefed the audience about various EDC schemes available for young and budding entrepreneurs. She also emphasized the various social responsibilities and social work she has done for society. She encouraged the students to ask questions and answered their queries.50 students attended the session, which concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by a student.
