SESSION ON “MASTERING THE ART OF SALES MANAGEMNT”

The Department of Management Studies organised guest session titled “Mastering the Art of Sales management” for FY BBA(FS) students. The session took place on 30th March 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The session aimed to provide insights into practical aspects of sales management and share experiences from the field. Mr. Allwyn Joseph, Accounts Manager (Sales) at Sprinto, graciously agreed to be the Resource Person for the session. 37 students from FY BBA(FS) A & B attended the session.

Mr. Allwyn Joseph commenced the session with practical demonstrations of sales techniques. Through role-plays and simulations, he illustrated various stages of the sales process. He also highlighted the essential characteristics of a successful salesperson. Drawing from his extensive experience in the sales field, Mr. Joseph shared anecdotes and insights into the challenges and rewards of a career in sales.

The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating in discussions and asking relevant questions. The session concluded on a positive note, leaving students inspired and equipped with valuable skills to excel in sales management roles in the future.Overall, the session was a resounding success, thanks to the participation of Mr. Allwyn Joseph and the enthusiastic engagement of the students.
