BBA (FS) Department organized a session for the faculty members of the department on Investments in Equity on 19th September 2017. The resource person for the session was Mr. Ameya Kamat, Chief Financial Analyst & Founder of Altera Advisory Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Kamat spoke about the prerequisites of investing in stocks, how to study a particular stock before investing and also focused on fundamental and technical analysis. He also gave practical examples on how even the worst performing fund in mutual funds gives better returns than traditional investment avenues.
It was a very interactive session with the expert providing in-depth knowledge and practical examples on Investment in Equities.
