The BBA(FS) Department organized a session on Banking & Finance for TY BBA(FS) students on 17th August 2017. The speaker for the session was Mr. Vinit Upadhyay, PU’s Educational Services, Mumbai Maharashtra.
The students were briefed on the origin of banks in the world, structure of the banking sector, evolution of foreign exchange markets over time, measures taken by the Government of India to reduce the Balance of Payment deficit, the impact of Non Performing Assets (NPA) on the banking industry and the steps taken by the Government of India to reduce NPAs.
