The BBA(FS) Department of the College organized a session on Accounting for Small Sized Entities for First Year BBA(FS) students on 16th August 2017.
Archana Kenkare was the Keynote Speaker for the session. During the two-hour session, the students were enlightened on different types of business constitutions, types of business activities, need for accounting for small entities, supporting documents for accounting, accounting software and understanding of financial statements.
The expert’s up-to-date knowledge, practical examples, practical tips, reference to recent developments and linking of theoretical knowledge with real-world examples awakened the students’ interest and kept them engrossed for the full duration of the session.
