She advised students to tailor their resumes to specific job roles, ensuring clarity and relevance to enhance their chances of passing initial screenings.
She also guided students on optimizing their LinkedIn profiles by crafting a strong professional headline, writing a compelling summary, and strategically using keywords to improve visibility in recruiter searches. She stressed that an updated and engaging LinkedIn profile significantly increases opportunities for internships and job placements.
Additionally, Ms. Baig shared effective networking strategies, encouraging students to connect with industry professionals, recruiters, and guest speakers. She provided real-time practical tips on standing out in a competitive job market. A total of 45 students (28 males, 17 females) attended the session.
