The visit to All India Radio, Panjim on 15th March, 2024, was aimed at providing students with an opportunity to showcase their talent in the Performing Arts and gain exposure to the radio broadcasting industry. 11 students under the Alumni Engagement cell recorded a programme at Akashwani Panaji under “Yuva wani”. They were accompanied by Ms. Rama Borkar and Ms. Ankita Naik, Asst. Professors, Dept. of CS.
The students presented two skits on the topics “Stree Sabalikaran” and “Awareness on Phishing”, a speech on “Road Safety” and a poetry recitation. Our TYBCA student, Mr Siddhivinayak Hadapad was interviewed by Mr Damodar Athlyekar for being a National level Handball player of Goa. The overall programme was of 30 minutes and was mentored by Ms Rama Borkar.
The entire recording was guided by our Alumnus Ms Shakuntala Bharne, Senior Announcer at Akashwani Panaji.
