As part of its Ph.D. Research Scholars’ presentation series, the Research Cell organized a presentation by Mr. Ajinkya Kudtarkar, College Director of Physical Education & Sports, from 12.15 to 1.00 pm on 17th February, 2021 through the Google Meet platform. Dr. Lira Gama (Coordinator) and Mr. Sandesh Gaonkar (Member) were the teachers in charge for the same. 32 teachers attended the session.
Mr. Ajinkya Kudtarkar’s research topic is “Effects of Endurance Training and Mixed Training on Selected Physiological Variable and Body Composition of Overweight Women”. He identified that after 12 weeks of mixed training which include strength and cardio exercises, triglycerides were reduced by 10 percent when the mean of pre and post test scores were compared.
Dr. Lira Gama proposed the Vote of Thanks. The session concluded at 1.15 pm.
