The students of BBA(Financial Services) participated in the National Level Inter-Collegiate Management Fest “Spinout 2020” organized by the Faculty of Business Administration, St. Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangaluru on 30th and 31st of January, 2020. The fest was based on the theme “The Black Swan Theory”.
The various events under the fest were World War I – Best Manager, The Surgical Strike – Human Resource, The Black Monday – Finance, The Titanic – Marketing, The Big Bang – Business Quiz and 9/11 – Event Management.
A team comprising of eight BBA(FS) students namely Mr. Aaron Goes from FYBBA(FS)-A, Mr. Granville Fernandes from FYBBA(FS)-B, Mr. Nikhil Lobo from FYBBA(FS)-B, Mr. Jason Fernandes from SYBBA(FS)-A, Mr. Yogesh Jadhav from SYBBA(FS)-A, Mr. Mohav Kurtarkar from SYBBA(FS)-B, Mr. Amey Natekar from SYBBA(FS)-B and Mr. Sahil Pagui from SYBBA(FS)-B actively participated in all the events under Spinout 2020. All the students qualified till the final rounds in their respective events.
The students were accompanied by Mr. Mayuresh Adsul, Assistant Professor in Commerce, BBA (FS) Department.
The students said that the event provided the right inputs and apt platform for honing their business skills and showcasing their talents and competitive spirit. They also expressed the desire to participate in similar events in the future.
