The College participated in the 4th Edition of the Annual Career and College Fair, 2020-2021 organized by Sunshine Worldwide School, Old Goa on Sunday, 20th December 2020 from 09:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. The fair was organized virtually through Microsoft Teams platform. Faculty members of the B.Com, BCA, BBA(Financial Services) and B.Voc.(Software Technologies) programs participated in the virtual fair and showcased the highlights of the College and the respective programs through video presentations, PowerPoint presentations, group and one-to-one counselling, and an online brochure.
The virtual event was organized to showcase the academic programmes at several educational institutes of repute, in India and abroad and aimed at creating awareness among the students. It consisted of two parts, i.e., the first part consisted of a Webinar during which each participating institute was allotted a time space of five minutes for presentation to all the students while in the second part, the participating institutes moved to their respective channels on Microsoft Teams and interacted with the interested students individually and in groups. The virtual event was very successful and several educational institutes, students, and parents participated in the same.
The following faculty members represented the College and the respective academic programs, namely, Dr. Edwin Barretto, Mr. Sumit Kumar, Ms. Cinola Vaz, Mr. Mayuresh Adsul, Ms. Sweta Verenkar and Mr. Swapneel Naik. Asst. Prof. Mayuresh Adsul created the promotional video and provided the voiceover, while Ms. Venisa D’Costa, Lab Instructor designed the promotional PowerPoint presentation and online brochure.
