As part of its regular activity – “TOWARDS BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN ACADEMIA & INDUSTRY” – the Department of Commerce organized a session by CA Vikas Singh for students of FY B.Com. 72 students attended.
CA Vikas Singh enlightened the students on the types of business i.e. Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, Joint Stock Company, Hindu Undivided Family, Limited Liability Partnership, One Man Company. He discussed on the need for company formation. He also explained how to start a company, stages of formation of a company, documents required for incorporation, raising of capital and sources of finance.
