

Once the groups completed their articles, they were instructed to share them with the other two groups. The objective was to identify the false articles among the shared ones. This activity aimed to assess the participants’ ability to discern genuine news from fake news in the business and finance domain.
The second activity was “Biz Whiz: Current Affairs Picture Match-Up”. The participants were presented with 12 current affairs-related statements with the corresponding pictures. The task was to correctly match each statement with the appropriate picture. The group with the highest number of correct matches was declared the winner. This activity aimed to evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding of current affairs in the business and finance sector.
During the “Three Truths Two Lies” activity, the students actively engaged within their groups, brainstorming and creating relevant news articles. The participants demonstrated their critical thinking skills and the ability to differentiate between accurate and false news in the business and finance domain. In the Current Affairs Matching activity, the students showcased their awareness of current events and applied their knowledge to match the statements with the corresponding pictures. The students’ participated with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and succeed.
