The Department of Physical Education and Sports organized an Inter-class Football Tournament for Men and Women from 17th to 19th August 2023. 28 teams – 23 Men’s teams and 5 Women’s teams – participated in the tournament.
The tournament began with an introduction by Dr. Ajinkya Kudtarkar, the College Director of Physical Education and Sports. The matches followed a knockout format, and the match schedule was determined through a draw. Each match consisted of two halves, each lasting 10 minutes, with a 3-minute break in between. The finals were extended to 15 minutes per half.

The valedictory function was graced by Chief Guest Ms. Girijadevi Dessai, Physical Education teacher from RMS Higher Secondary School. The winners were given medals, and the best player in each category received a trophy. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Saurabh Raikar, Instructor in Physical Education
