The BBA(FS) Department of the College organized an Industrial Visit for FYBBA(FS) students to Prakash Corrugated Products, Verna Industrial Estate, Verna Goa on 5th March 2018.

anufacturer of a wide range of Corrugated Boxes, Kraft Paper Tubes, Paper Pallets, Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) & Molded Packing Buffers. The Prakash Group is recognized as one of the leading manufacturer of Corrugated Boxes for packaging products, molded EPS packaging and Plastic Moulds.
The objective of the visit was to provide the students with insights into the working of manufacturing companies. The students got an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. It also provided an excellent opportunity to interact with industry personnel and know more about industrial environment.
The students were shown the process involved in manufacturing the cardboard boxes, followed by interaction with the supervisors at the factory.
A total of 46 students accompanied by Assistant Professors Ms. Lizia V. Gomes and Cinola T. Vaz visited the factory.
