The visit was designed to offer practical insights into various elements for successful execution of such events. The field trip was an opportunity for 30 students (15 girls and 15 boys) to observe and understand various elements involved in organizing exhibitions and expos.
Expected Outcome of the Activity:
As part of their Internal Assessment (ISA), students will be evaluated based on their learnings from the visit. They are expected to implement the concepts learnt throughout the “Fundamentals of Event Management” course pertaining to stall sizes, space management, designing kiosks, colour schemes and aesthetics, lighting techniques, branding, signages, and the overall design of different areas within the event.
