To commemorate Human Rights Day, the NSS unit of the College organized Essay Writing Competition on the theme “Freedom, Equality and Justice for all”. The competition was kept open for five days, where students were instructed to submit their hand written essays from 10th to 14th December 2023. The main objective of organizing the competition was to foster awareness, critical thinking, and articulate expressions among participants regarding the significance of human rights in our society. 11 NSS students participated in the Competition.
The winners of the essay writing competition were:
1st Place: Privanda Arolkar FY B.Com ‘A’
2nd Place: Spurti Taukari SY B.Com ‘C’
3rd Place: Koel Jana TY B.Com ‘B’
The activity was coordinated by NSS PO In charge Mr. Sanjay Velip, NSS PO Ms. Akshada Gaonkar and NSS PO Ms. Saruka Kalgutkar.
