The BCA Department organized a talk on Entrepreneurship Development for TY BCA students on 23rd January 2018 at 11.30 a.m. The resource person was Mr. Anandkumar Lotlikar, founder of Deviant Strokes. Around 60 students atte nded the talk.
Mr. Lotlikar began the session by sharing his experience as an entrepreneur. He enlightened the students on the procedure of converting an idea into a product using the Business model canvas. The topics covered under Business model canvas were Key partners, Key activities, Value propositions, Customer relationships, Customer segments, Key resources, Channels, Cost structure and Revenue streams. He emphasized on key factors that need to be studied before starting an enterprise.
The overall session was very interactive wherein he motivated the students to take up entrepreneurship.
