The Department of Business Administration of Don Bosco College, Panjim organized a 2-day Intercollegiate level management event- Cosmocrat 9.0 at Don Bosco College campus, Panjim, Goa. 4 students from SY BBA and 1 student from FY BBA(FS) participated in the respective rounds i.e. Leader Legacy- Afzal Shaikh, Workforce Alchemy– Heizel Fernandes, Catalyst Connect– Sydon Gracias, Profit Plus– Dhruv Kadkade, Prodigy Pitch– Yash Prabhudesai. The event consisted of multiple pre-events. Day 1 began with inaugural function at 9.00 am and then the session continued with Business Talks. A panel of five experts from diverse fields convened to discuss the theme: “Health and Wellness at the Workplace.”

- Mental Health: Insights into maintaining mental well-being in professional settings.
- Challenges Faced by Women: Addressing gender-specific workplace issues.
- Work-Life Balance: Strategies for harmonizing work and personal life.
- Importance of Physical Fitness: Debunking the myth of “no time for fitness.”
The event on day 1 ended at 2.00 pm.
Day 2 the event continued with individual rounds which the team participated in. SY BBA student Sydon Gracias won 1st place in the marketing round Catalyst Connect and the team bagged 2nd place for team event CO-OP Clash. Overall the team ranked 3rd. 08 colleges participated in the event. S.S. Dempo College of Commerce & Economics was declared the winner of the event. Cosmocrat 9.0 came to an end with a valedictory function at 8.00 pm. Assistant Professor Omkar Pawaskar was in charge of the team participating in the event for both days.
