In commemoration of World Earth Day on 22nd April 2022, Vasundhara (Green Club) in association with the Department of Environmental Studies organised a plantation drive to promote a healthy and green Goa from 22nd April 2022 to 29th June . Participants were required to plant a minimum of 2 flowering, ornamental, vegetable, medicinal or fruit bearing plants of their choice in their surroundings. Geo-tagged pictures were uploaded from April to June by the participants along with the names of the plants in the Google drive folder which was shared with participants on registration. 44 participants registered for the plantation drive. The teachers incharge of the event were Asst. Prof. Stesa Pereira and Asst. Prof. Francia Travasso.
