The Cultural Council and Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB) Club of the College came together to pay tribute to celebrate Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti. The festivities commenced with a solemn garlanding ceremony of the revered idol of Shivaji Maharaj, by the Principal, Professor Prita D Mallya. The Principal’s address symbolized deep admiration and homage to his noble spirit, inspiring the staff and students present to emulate his noble virtues in our own lives.
As a part of the celebrations, Mr. Suyash Patki, from the BBA program, in his speech delved into the heroic exploits and strategic brilliance of Shivaji Maharaj. Students also participated in a Flag Painting Competition organized by the Cultural Council and EBSB Club. The winner of the competition was Ms. Natisha Borkar from TY B.Com.
The event took place in the College quadrangle, thus giving every staff member and student an opportunity to participate. As we reflect on the inspiring legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, may his ideals continue to guide and inspire us towards a brighter future filled with courage, resilience, and unity.
