The Red Ribbon Club, NSS Unit and NCC (Army Wing) in collaboration with Lions Club of Canacona, Leo Club of Canacona and GMC Blood Bank organized a Blood Donation Camp on 8th October 2021 in the Smart Classroom. 28 volunteers including students, teachers and members of the general public donated blood on the occasion. At the Valedictory Function, the Principal, Dr. Prita D. Mallya highlighted the need for youth to volunteer towards this noble cause. Dr. Pascoal D’Souza, Medical Officer, GMC Blood Bank spoke about the various benefits of donating blood. Ms. Patricia Mendonca, President of Lions Club of Canacona and Ms. Sharmila Kunde, NSS PO also shared their thoughts on the occasion. Mr. Ainsley Bernard, NSS Program Officer was the teacher in charge of the activity.
