Ms. Deepali Naik, Director, Directorate of Women and Child Development, Govt of Goa along with CDPO visited Damodar College on 24th January 2023 to brief the Principals and teachers in charge of Anganwadis of all the institutions of Vidya Vikas Mandal who have adopted 2 Anganwadis each under NEP. The Director explained the functioning of Anganwadis and the facilities provided by the Government to the Anganwadis. She also briefed on the facilities required to be provided by the institutions such as stationery and other provisions at the time of opening of the school. She lastly informed that the institutions can celebrate some important days with the students and parents of Anganwadis.
The discussion was very helpful for the institutions to plan their future course of action.
