Session on Redressal Mechanism “SCORES”

The BBA(FS) department organised a session on Redressal Mechanism “SCORES” for TYBBA(FS) students on 29thJanuary,  2020, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.in the  BBA(FS) Block. The Resource Person for the session was Mr. Pratushya Chaudhary, an executive from NSE. The aim of the session was to educate investors on the redressal mechanism of SEBI.

Mr. Chaudhary focused on the SCORES mechanism which is a web-based centralized grievance redressal system of SEBI. SCORES enable investors to lodge and follow up their complaints and track the status of redressal of such complaints. He also explained how the mechanism helps market intermediaries and listed companies receive complaints online from investors, and focuses on resolving complaints.

He gave a demonstration of the SCORES website and explained how to lodge a complaint using the SCORES portal. 42 Students attended the interactive and informative session.
