The BBA(Financial Services) Department of the College organized a 30-Hour Certificate Course in “Accounting and Finance with Excel” for SYBBA(FS) students. The course was conducted from September 9th to December 4th, 2019, by CA D. Shravan Swarup, Partner Marathe Rao & Swarup, Chartered Accountants.
The Department conducts the course for every batch of SY BBA(FS) students, with the following objectives:
1. To supplement the theoretical knowledge of students by focusing on the related practical aspects.
2. To add value to their undergraduate degree.
3. To equip students with the technical skills required in the field of Finance
4. To expand the employment opportunities for students.
The course was conducted in two batches for SYBBA(FS) A and B division students from 01:45 to 04:45 p.m.
A total of 53 students enrolled and 41 students successfully completed the course.
