The Department of Physical Education and Sports of Shree Damodar College of Commerce & Economics conducted an Inter Class Football Tournament from August 8 to 10, 2019.
15 teams and 157 players participated in the tournament.
Vice-Principal Dr. Rodney D’Silva was the Chief Guest for the final, which was played between SY B.Com Div. A and FY B.Com Div. A. At the end of every game, a small trophy was presented to the Man of the Match, who was selected from the losing team. SY B.Com A won the tournament, while FY B.Com A was the Runner-up. The winners were awarded a Trophy and cash Prize of Rs 1000 and the team that came second was awarded a trophy and Rs. 800.
Mr. Amar Estibeiro from SY B.Com A was declared Best Player of the Tournament.
