BBA (FS) Department conducted a session on Corporate Governance on 16th September 2017. The resource person for the same was Mrs. Manisha Naik, Company Secretary of Putzmeister ltd.
Topics covered for the session were Overview of Corporate Governance in India, Importance, Code of Conduct and Ethical Issues of Corporate Governance. The resource person also threw light on Corporate Governance practices at Infosys. It was a very interactive session.
