EBSB (Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat) Camp-II

The 38 Karnataka NCC Battalion, Gadag, organized the EBSB-II (Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat) camp at PRTC  Toranagullu from 16th to 26th January 2025, bringing together cadets from Karnataka, Goa, and Uttarakhand directorates. The primary aim of the camp was to celebrate India’s unity in diversity and strengthen emotional bonds among cadets from different states and union territories The camp focused on promoting the spirit of national integration through a deep and structured engagement between all Indian states and union territories. The camp focused on promoting national integration through structured engagement, showcasing India’s diverse heritage and fostering a shared sense of identity.

Throughout the camp, cadets engaged in a variety of activities, including sports, cultural events, and personal development programs. The camp began with an opening ceremony and continued with EXPA classes for the next 3 days, that covered public speaking, self-confidence, group discussions, and product building. These sessions provided valuable skills and personal development opportunities for the participants.

These sessions were followed by a tour of Hampi, where cadets explored the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The trip was a memorable experience, which allowed cadets to experience the historical and cultural significance of the location. The remaining days featured games, cultural events, language classes, and presentations, culminating in a closing ceremony.

The camp was an enriching experience for the cadets, fostering friendships and providing valuable insights into India’s cultural diversity. From our institution, Cadet Numa Subba and Cadet Shiva Saroj participated in the camp, along with a total of 30 cadets from Goa, including from the Junior and Senior Wings and Divisions, contributing to a total of 100 cadets from across the participating states.
