Inter-Collegiate Competition “IT- Maestro XII”

The Department of Computer Science of S.E.S’s Shiroda Caculo College of Commerce and Management Studies, Khorlim, Mapusa, organized an intercollegiate IT event titled “IT-Maestro XII” on 4th January 2025. The event featured various competitions, including coding, treasure hunt, debate, dance, fashion show etc.

A team of 17 students (6 males, 11 females) from the Department of Computer Science at VVM’s Shree Damodar College of Commerce and Economics actively participated in the event. The students who participated are as follows:

The following students secured winning positions in various competitions:

• Samidha Moteand her team consisting of Disha Aukire, Roshani Patil, and Siddhi Kurriakar won 2nd place in the dance competition titled “Flashback Fiesta”.
• Shubh Borkerwon 2nd place in the photography competition titled “Pixels”.

Expected Outcome of the Activity

IT-Maestro XII provided students with an excellent platform to showcase their technical skills, creativity, and innovation. The event featured various competitions that enhanced students’ technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. Additionally, workshops on education and innovation trends exposed students to industry-relevant skills. Overall, the event contributed to students’ holistic development, improving both their technical knowledge and soft skills, such as time management, creativity, and critical thinking.
