

- To expose Naval cadets to camp life, outdoor activities, and community living.
- To conduct intensive and collective training of cadets in respective service subjects.
- To bring cadets together from different social backgrounds and develop a sense of responsibility, self-reliance, and camaraderie.
- To develop qualities of comradeship, leadership, character, and discipline.
- To inculcate the habit of community living and teach the dignity of labor.
- To train cadets with the NCC syllabus, with special emphasis on specialized and practical training.
At the onset of the camp, the Camp Commandant, Captain S. Ram Kumar, addressed the cadets about the camp expectations and provided insights into the routine and objectives. The cadets were sensitized about various issues such as fitness, health, and hygiene.
Under the guidance of ANOs, CTOs, and PI staff, the cadets received training in multiple aspects of naval life, including semaphore, drill, yoga, weapon training, tent pitching, rigging, and more. The cadets also had the unique opportunity to experience live firing at 3MTR, Navelim, Goa, and visited INS Murmugao to learn about naval ships. A cultural program was organized to promote national integration and patriotism among the cadets.
On 7th January 2025, Colonel Mohan Naik, Group Commander of Belgaum, visited the camp. The visit was coordinated by Sub Lt. Pretty Louiza Pereira, ANO of the NCC Naval Wing of our institution, who also delivered a presentation for the Group Commander. Additionally, Hari Prasad V. Dessai, an alumnus of the NCC association, delivered a lecture on Different Careers in the Defense Forces.
On the night of the cultural evening, our cadets performed a group dance depicting Karnataka and Goa Directorate, winning first prize in the group dance competition. Furthermore, CC H. Tribuvan and PO Cadet Vaibhav Bandodkar were among the six cadets felicitated for completing AINSC 2024.

Group Commander’s Visit Programme In-charge
A total of 530 cadets, out of which 18 cadets from our institution, actively participated and gained valuable insights and practical experience through this training camp. The event was a great success, instilling discipline, leadership, and teamwork.
