Mock Interviews were conducted for the students registered with the TIP Cell in order to enhance their preparedness for the Placement Fair and the real-world job interviews. The aim was to provide them with a simulated interview experience, enabling them to practice and refine their interview skills in a supportive environment. The mock interviews were designed to mimic real-world scenarios, covering various industries and job roles.
The mock interviews were conducted by Mr. K. D. Row, Ex Chairman, GPSC and Ms. Priyanka Row, Mind Coach and NLP Practitioner. The session began with an address by both the interviewers, where they provided the students with the procedure of the mock interviews and also boosted their morale by giving them quick tips of how to answer an interview and pivot a question to their strengths instead of answering it in the negative. Each student answered the mock interview for around 10 minutes each. The Resource Person then provided the students with written feedback that will help them enhance their interview skills.
The mock interviews proved to be a valuable learning experience for the students, helping them gain confidence, refine their interview skills and prepare for future job opportunities.
