The Department of Business Administration at Rosary College of Commerce and Arts organized a 2-day National Intercollegiate level Management event, Impressions 2023, at the MCC hall in Margao, Goa on 6th& 7th October 2023. Six students from SY BBA enthusiastically participated in various rounds and competitions as follows:
- Jovin Monteiro participated in the Finance round.
- Vanceley Fernandes competed in the Best Manager round.
- Mizba Xec showcased her skills in the HR round.
- Cadence Gracias took part in the Entrepreneurship round.
- Shreyas Metri tested his knowledge in the Quiz round.
- Akash Ajgaonkar participated in the Marketing round.
The event featured multiple pre-events. On the first day, proceedings commenced at 9:00 am with an inaugural function, followed by the distribution of group and individual tasks to the participants. On the second day, the event continued with another set of group and individual rounds in which the student team participated.
Impressions 2023 concluded with a Valedictory function at 6:00 pm. The event provided students with valuable exposure to the competitive environment beyond their academic institution. This exposure helps students gain real-world experience, learn from their peers, and enhance their skills and knowledge. It’s a great way for them to understand the dynamics of competition outside their college. Assistant Professor Omkar Pawaskar accompanied the students for the event on both days, ensuring the smooth and successful participation of the College team.
