The students of the Multimedia Group at TechTrendz from the Department of Computer Science, organized an engaging competition titled ‘Frames of Imagination.’ This competition was open to students from all programmes within the College. Its primary objective was to promote awareness against ragging, and this message was to be conveyed through original sketch work or pictures converted into animated reels, all centered around the theme of Anti-Ragging. Submissions were accepted from August 18th to 31st, 2023. 07 enthusiastic students participated in the competition.
The competition was expertly organized by Mr. Riyano Fernandes and Mr. Veron Miranda, both from FYBCA. The Judge for the competition was Mr. Sandesh Gaundalkar, a Communication Designer, and Visiting Faculty member in the Department of Computer Science. The judging criteria encompassed Creativity and Originality, Storytelling and Concept, Technical Execution, Emotional Impact, and Adherence to the Theme.

2nd Place: Mr. Showil Rebello, FY B.Voc.(ST)
This competition provided students with an opportunity to showcase their skills and creativity while advocating against ragging. Ms. Sweta P. Shet Verenkar and Mr. Andre Pacheco were the teachers incharge of the competition, with Ms. Annette Santimano serving as the TechTrendz Incharge, ensuring the event’s smooth execution.
