The Department of Computer Science and IQAC of the College collaborated with Aamhi Udyogini Pratishthan and Mahila Mandal, Margao, to host a community extension event on 18th August 2023. The event took place at the Mahila Mandal Hall in Comba-Margao. Ms Rama Borkar warmly welcomed the gathering.
During this insightful gathering, Ms. Siddhi Gaude, a student from SYBCA, conducted a comprehensive session on “Social Media Marketing”. She eloquently covered a wide array of approaches that enable individuals to establish online businesses and generate income through effective online marketing strategies.
In the subsequent session, Ms. Purva Kamat, a student from SY B.Voc.(ST), presented on the crucial topic of “Awareness on Cyber Attacks”. Her informative presentation shed light on various strategies aimed at safeguarding oneself from cyberbullying and cybercrime threats, effectively raising awareness among the attendees.
The event garnered participation from a total of 20 women who eagerly absorbed the knowledge shared throughout the sessions. Concluding the event, Assistant Professor Zakiya Tahir extended a heartfelt Vote of Thanks to all the attendees and participants for their active engagement.
