The NSS Unit of the College in collaboration with the Goa Dental College, JCI Fatorda Town, Rotary Club of Margao Midtown, and Village Panchayat of Seraulim organized a Dental Check-up Camp on 1st April 2023 at the Seraulim Church Hall from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. The camp was a great success with a total of 75 villagers benefiting from the dental check-up. The villagers were given a thorough dental examination by experienced doctors from Goa Dental College, who were able to identify any dental issues or concerns that the villagers may have had. The event was beneficial for the villagers, as they were able to receive high-quality dental care at no cost.
The NSS volunteers used the occasion to distribute cloth bags that they had made, to the villagers and doctors from the Goa Dental College.
6 NSS volunteers participated in the event, and they worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the event. The activity was coordinated by NSS PO In charge Gajanan B. Haldankar, NSS PO Sanjay Velip, and NSS PO Namrata Ugvekar.
