The Centre for Research and Consultancy (DCRC) of Shree Damodar College of Commerce and Economics organized a One day workshop on ‘Using Case Methodology for Research’ on the 25th February 2015. The Resource person for the workshop was prof. A.G. Balasubramanian, Professor, Goa Institute of Management, Sanquelim, Goa. Prof Balasubramanian in his presentation outlined the importance of Case Study method in research and enlightened the participants about When, Where, Why and How to use Case Method as an effective research tool in the contemporary times. Forty College teachers and research scholars belonging to Commerce, Management and Economics discipline attended the workshop. All the participants thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and expressed their happiness and satisfaction about the workshop. Before the commencement of the workshop, Prof Balasubramanian inaugurated the Damodar College Centre for Research & Consultancy (DCRC) which was conceived to promote research and consultancy at the College
