The Department of Management organized a study tour to Bangalore, Karnataka, from 10th-15th March 2023. 62 FY and SY students of the BBA(FS) programme accompanied by faculty members, Ms. CinolaVaz, Ms. Snehal Jadhav and Ms. Delisha Rebello went on the tour.
The group reached Bangalore on 11th March 2023 and students were taken to Lulu Mall, in the evening. The mall has the largest indoor entertainment zone.
On day 2, the group visited the Iskcon Sri Radha Krishna Temple, followed by a visit to Lalbagh Botanical Garden, which is one of the oldest botanical gardens in India.
Post lunch the students were taken to see the Adiyogi statue. At 7:30 pm there was a 3D laser show, a quick glance into how Adiyogi imparted the science of yoga to Saptrishi and Devi Parvati in the most beautiful and grand way using a projector mapping technique on 112 feet tall Adiyogi statue.
On day 3, the group visited the Kristu Jayanti College at 10 am. They had a talk on tips to crack an interview along with case studies and inspiring examples. The group was taken on a campus tour, followed by lunch at the College canteen. The group was then taken to the Commercial Street of Bangalore where they were given time to shop and have their dinner.
On the last day, the group checked out of the hotel at 9.30 am and visited Orion Mall at Brigade Gateway Enclave to shop and have lunch. They arrived at the Madgaon station at 5.30 am on 15th March 2023.
