National Digital Library of India is a website where users can read books digitally through any device over the internet. Pearson e-Library was the second digital Library platform introduced to the users which enabled users to download and refer to 150 books in various courses. It also had features that allowed users to make notes on the platform itself. The platform also allows users to access books in offline mode once it has been downloaded.
Another Digital platform is ‘Indiastat’. This resource provides actual facts and figures on various sectors in India. It is useful for comparative analysis of data or to establish trends based on previous years data. The next resource accessible to users was N-LIST. It is a platform that allows users to search data on any area or field or genres of their interest in the form of ebooks, ejournals, e-magazines, etc.
The students found the session to be insightful. Asst. Prof Cinola Vaz delivered the Vote of Thanks for the session. A total of 76 students and all faculty members from the Department of Management attended the session.
