The TechTrendz club of Department of Computer Science organized the prize distribution function for all the competitions held for the academic year 2021-22. The function was compered by the SY BCA-A student Ms. Duena Cabral, followed by the TechTrendz report reading by Mr. Prithvi Shirodkar, SY BCA-B student. Principal, Dr. Prita D. Mallya gave valuable insights to the students on this occasion. Principal, Vice-Principal, HODs, Program Coordinators handed over the Prizes and certificates to the winners of all the competitions under the TechTrendz. The Event Coordinators gave certificates to the student organizers. All the participants were issued E-Certificates.
Nine competitions were successfully organised under the TechTrendz in this academic year, in which a total of 133 students participated in the activities. Mr. Prathamesh Dessai from TY BCA was announced as the Tech-Wizard for 2021-2022. The Best Logo Designer Certificate and Prize was given to Mr. Rakesh Pujari from SY B.Voc(ST). The Best Tech Performers from each class were selected. They were issued certificates and Prizes. Given below is the list of the awardees:

The function concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Rajlaxmi S. Nair, Faculty Incharge of TechTrendz. The main student organizers of this function were students Ms. Duena Cabral from SYBCA-A, Mr. Prithvi Shirodkar and Ms. Lovely Ramchandani from SY BCA-B, Ms. Cliffton Andrade from FY BCA-A, Ms. Unnata Mandal from FY BCA-B and Mr. Stoline Fernandes from TY B.Voc(ST). The students were guided by Ms. Rajlaxmi S. Nair, TechTrendz Faculty Incharge and Mr. Sumit Kumar, Head, Department of Computer Science. Smart classroom arrangements were done by faculties Ms. Ankita Naik, Ms. Nishigandha Naik Gaonkar and Mr. Andre Pacheco. Ms. Antara Dessai, Mr. Abhishek Sawant and Mr. Punarva Prabhudessai provided the necessary technical support for the smooth functioning of the event. Tech Trendz was thoroughly enjoyed by the students as it gave them a platform to showcase their unique talents. The prize distribution function was a success and the students felt a boost in their morale upon receiving prizes and certificates.
