Orientation Sessions by Technical Team

The IQAC organized an Orientation by the Technical Team to the faculty members on 16th October, 2021 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm in the Smart Classroom. The Resource Person for the session were Ms Pradnya Nadkarni, Lab Assistant(IT); Mr. Punarva Prabhudessai, System Administrator; Mr. Azzan Dias, Lab Instructor; Ms Mervia Andrade, Lab Instructor.

Mr. Azzan Dias, briefed the staff about the process to login, access and update on the NAS and the type/number of IT equipment available on the campus.

Mr. Punarva Prabhudesai, explained the features available in Microsoft Teams.

Ms. Pradnya Nadkarni, explained the modules available in Fedena (Campus Management Software) and informed that notices, certificates, circulars, etc. are digitally signed by the Principal using emSigner, which is web-based software that allows you to sign documents digitally. Staff was also briefed about the College website and College Social Media Accounts – Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Ms. Mervia Andrade, explained how the student’s login and pay fees online through eduQfix portal.
