The Post-Graduate Department in association with the Placement Cell organized one-week online preparatory sessions for the Third Year B.Com students from 8th to 13th March 2021 from 1.30 to 3.30 p.m. to help them prepare for the GU ART exam conducted by Goa University. The PG Department took the initiative to train and prepare the students for the entrance exam and to help them obtain a good rank to seek admission to the institution of their choice for the Master’s Degree.
M.Com Part I and Part II students, along with a few ex-students of the Department volunteered to engage lectures for the students interested in enrolling for the GU ART exam. The syllabus was divided among nine students wherein they engaged one-hour sessions, each covering important concepts from the allotted topics. Ms. Seema Dharani, Faculty, PG Dept. engaged a class in the subject of Research Methodology for the students.
Ms. Pooja Shanbhag Asst. Professor, PG Dept. and faculty in-charge of this activity engaged a special session on how to solve MCQs. The preparatory classes were held on the Google Meet platform. 30 Final Year students registered for the session.
