10000 Steps Fitness Challenge Program

The Department of Physical Education and Sports took the initiative to organize a 3-Week 10000 Steps Fitness Challenge Program for the students and staff of the College from 25th November to 16th December 2020 by using any Step Tracker Pedometer. 21 participants successfully completed 10000 Steps Fitness Challenge program for 15 out of 21 days. The main purpose of conducting this 10000 Steps Fitness Challenge program was to make the students and staff physically and mentally active in these times of Pandemic.

Key Features of the 10000 Steps Fitness Challenge:
1) The participants had to take a screenshot of 10000 Steps Fitness Challenge every day and send it to the email id: 10000stepsfitnesschallenge@gmail.com
2) Of the 3 weeks of 10000 Steps Fitness Challenge program, minimum 15 days attendance was compulsory to get an E-Certificate.
