Paper Presentation on “Service Quality Assessment of Goa Electricity Department using SERVQUAL Model”

The Research Cell and Faculty Development Committee organized a presentation session by Ms. Trisha Vadil on 21st December, 2020 from 12:30 to 1:00 pm via Googlpic3e Meet. The title of the paper was “Service Quality Assessment of Goa Electricity Department using SERVQUAL Model”.   The session began with a welcome address by Dr. Lira M. Gama, Convenor of the Cell.

The paper reviewed the service quality of Goa Electricity Department. The paper deliberated on the estimation of the consistency of the service using a 10-dimensional SERVQUAL model of five objects each.  Tangibility, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, communication, security, accessibility, credibility, competence and assurance are the 10 dimensions considered.
